ClearAction Continuum's trademarks, logos, intellectual property, and content are owned by ClearAction Continuum, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All sales are final and fully earned upon receipt. No refunds. We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of any of these terms at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.
